Congratulations to our senior girls who beat Scoil Ruain Killenaule 6-10 to 3-1 in the Munster Quarter Final in Ballygiblin GAA at the start of this week. A Munster Semi-Final awaits them after the midterm break.

Commiserations to our 1st year Girls Football team losing out in the County Quarter Final to a strong Coachford College team Tuesday. Playing through wet and windy conditions, the girls battled hard and should be proud of their efforts. The girls will be busy in the coming weeks with blitzes set to take place, and we wish them the best of luck! Also a special thank you to our TY’s for helping out!

A big well done to our 1st yr girls Basketball team who made the short trip to Charleville to play St. Mary's yesterday. They opened the scoring & carried on to play great basketball. We went into the 2nd quarter down but the girls rallied and dominated the rest of the game and came out after a tough 4 quarters the winners on a score of 29-35. Well Done girls 🏀🏀🏀

Commiserations to our Senior Camogie Team who were very unlucky to lose by the smallest of margins to Pobalscoil na Trionoide Youghal in the Intermediate Colleges ‘B’ County Final on Saturday last. A goal from Kate Cremin and points from Avabha Clifford left the Coláiste in a strong position at half time.

Artist in the Classroom

Artist in the classroom took place on Tuesday 14th of December. Artist Bridget Kiely - Carey from Bruff Co. Limerick did amazing work with the 2nd year students. They produced wreaths using natural found materials and added in objects modelled in class on the day. Well done to all the students who took part and a special thanks to Bridget.
