Well done to the 3rd year Music students for a very productive and creative day with Garry McCarthy - ‘GMC Beats’.  The students choose the topic, created the lyrics and the melody for the chorus. It was great to hear each of their lovely voices in the final recording.

Our U16.5 camogie team had a massive win over Abbeyfeale today and are now in the Munster Final! We are extremely proud of the girls performance. 

Hard luck today to our u14.5 girls ⚽️ team who never gave up in their Munster Quarter Final vs St.Brogans of Bandon but unfortunately lost on the day.

Well done to our swimmers who participated in the Munster Schools Swimming Championships in UL this weekend. Joshua, Liadh, Odhran and Taylor all achieved personal best times & placed very well in the Munster rankings.

As part of the Lidl LGFA Support Programme, we received a new set of sponsored jerseys for the Ladies Football Teams in the Coláiste 🔵🟡

Well done to our u16 footballers who won 5-8 to 0-10 against Millstreet today in the County Championship.

Congratulations to our U16.5 footballers winning their Munster Championship game against St. Brogans of Bandon. Winning by a score line of 7-12 to 1-9.

Great win today by our Senior Hurling Team. They beat Colaiste an Chraoibhin by a score line of 6-16 to 1-9.

Our Leaving Certificate Students had a Study Skills Seminar this morning helping them fine tune their study skills in the lead up their exams!!

Great win for the U16.5 Camogie girls yesterday beating Killenaule by 9 points. The girls are now into the Munster quarter final against Causeway in Kerry.

Our 1st year Basketball team had their first game today against Scoil Mhuire Kanturk.

Yesterday we welcomed Orlagh Farmer, Cork Senior Player & 6-time All Ireland Medalist to the Coláiste as part of the Lidl LGFA Support Programme.

Our u16 hurlers got their County Championship started with an impressive performance against Colaiste Pobal Bheanntrai yesterday.

Congratulations to our Senior Girls Football team who are through to the Munster Semi Final after a closely fought match with Coláiste Mhuire Askeaton in Charleville yesterday.

First year SPHE class 1D made fabulous Christmas cards this week for members of their family and friends to get them into the spirit of Christmas🙂 

Our first years for the last month have been very lucky to be put through their paces in both hurling and football by our local Games Development Officer - Pat Spratt. They are a very promising bunch which will do the blue and amber proud going forward.

Everybody was getting in the Christmas Spirit today for Christmas jumper day. All the funds raised are going to the Simon Community. Students and staff took part in Christmas Carols at breaks and lunchtime. Special thanks to the Music Dept.
