Seo físeán agus rap a rinne an chéad bhliain, 1C faoi COVID 19 don chomórtas Rógairí an Rap don ETB Bliain na Gaeilge. Maith sibh agus go n-eirí libh sa chomórtas!
Our annual St. Vincent de Paul food drive is underway in the Colaiste. Each student has been given an item to bring in before Thursday December 3rd. These food items need to be non perishable and dated to at least March 2021. The students can leave these items in the boxes provided in their assembly room in the morning. If you would like to send in more food or drop in a bag of food we would be very grateful! All food collected goes towards families in the Buttevant area. Thank you for your continued support and generosity.

Mr Curtin’s Ag Science class made connections with SDG 15: Life on Land, while discussing and creating posters on the benefits of using low emission slurry spreading (LESS) methods for sustainable dairy farming.

Read MoreSecond year groups were involved in a drama workshop under the guidance of Creative Director, Tadhg Hickey. Tadhg is a well known actor and writer from Cork. Students worked together to create their own drama scene focusing on the elements of stage craft. Well done to all involved who participated so willingly.

We had various competitions throughout the week and congratulations to those who were our winners. The 1st Years participated in the Maths Week Mega Quiz which was held live on Zoom. It was organised by Maths Week Ireland and over 300 schools were involved in the live quiz. We hope that you all enjoyed your week and learned that Numeracy is intertwined into our daily lives.
